Established in August 1996, we are well experienced to manage, construct & renovate the Institutional, Commercial and Civil projects.
In each project, depending on the size and characteristics, our professional and experienced workforce prepare a comprehensive work plan and manage the job, ensuring the project will be completed on time and within budget.
For each project; we set up our workforce based on our standardized organization structure.
Certain projects require a functional organization structure; in these circumstances the organization chart is divided into smaller groups based on specialized functional areas.
As an example, in the summer of 2013, Rankine Construction was awarded the “Foundation Drainage Repairs of Trillium School” the project located at EC Drury School for the Deaf in Milton, Ontario. In order to repair & waterproof the building foundation walls, deep excavation close to another building, a roadway, and parking lot had to be completed. In this unique project, the Management Team decided to hire an in-house Specialist Surveying Crew (Reporting to the Project Manager & Superintendant) responsible for the layout, the excavation monitoring, slope stability & safety of adjacent building and roadway.
The Functional Organization Structure as outlined above worked very effectively within our standard Organization Chart.
The project was completed with no slope failure, within budget, and on-time.
