Scheduling

  • A Critical Path analysis is developed to identify the sequence of project tasks, dependencies, and outlining important deadlines to deliver the project on time

Approvals & Planning

  • Shop drawings and material approvals

  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers and sub-contractors

  • Identify the milestone(s) on the work schedule, ensuring all materials and

    workforce will be in place prior to the task’s start date

  • Complete all necessary Locates and X-Rays

Safety Plan

  • Job site safety is a priority

  • Develop project/site specific safety plan

Project Updates

  • Conduct weekly site meetings in attendance of the Project Manager, Superintendant, Foreman, and Sub-contractors.

  • Update work schedule monthly, or as decided by the project manager.

Completion

  • Schedule and rectify deficiencies to meet scheduled substantial completion date

  • Prepare as-built drawings, approved shop drawings and maintenance manuals

  • Rectify deficiencies for final completion date.
